Trisha is an highly experienced Counselling and Organisational Psychologist and a Relationship Educator.

She has accreditation with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA), Psychology Board of Australia.

She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the College of Counselling Psychologists as well as the College of Organisational Psychologists.

Trish’s areas of expertise include relationships, stress, addictions and employee well-being.

Trisha has expertise in the field of relationships with over 28 years experience.  She works to improve communication, clarify expectations and derive meaning from both actions and words, achieving greater understanding between partners.

She will give you practical strategies to take away to enhance connection, and put processes in place to strengthen your relationship skills. This will reinforce the foundation of your relationship, building trust and increasing faith in one another to nurture the relationship.

At the core of her approach, Trish promotes the interest of the relationship. Differences may not always be resolved but accepted as part of respecting the individual in the interest of the relationship.

Trisha has previously worked for government and non-profit organisations in employee assistance programs providing counselling to individuals and couples, as well as providing consultancy services in workplaces. She also has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Frontline Emergency Services and was employed with Queensland Police Service as an internal staff Psychologist for over 12 years. She has also worked at Queensland Health as a Senior Psychologist with the Peer Responder Program.
